Gracious, 1-armed, French Art Nouveau candelstick with a stylised heart. It is made of Tin (shiny - polished). There is no need to burnish it. Branded with a tin-brand at the bottom. Based on an original design by Albert Mayer, which he made for the famous German tin factory WMF.
